  2. SYMPTOMS. Signs vary greatly and may include constipation or constipation

  4. of the abdomen. The pain is often relieved by bowel movement. Signs may
  5. include nausea, weakness, heartburn, headache and mucus in the stools. These
  6. episodes may last for days, weeks or even months.
  7. CAUSES. This is a very common problem that usually begins in early adult
  8. life and is often associated with stress.
  9. TREATMENT. A check-up is necessary to rule out other problems.
